Procurement Manager

Based at our New Covent Garden Market warehouse, the role of our Procurement Manager is to source the very best produce for our customers at the best possible price. This includes buying directly from the wholesalers within New Covent Garden, as well as using your external supplier contacts for the UK and worldwide. Managing stock, pricing and working with the accounts managers and clients are also key to the role.

This job best suits an experienced applicant, who has a specific history of working in fresh produce procurement in the UK and is available for night operation.

Sales & Accounts Manager

Based at our Essex offices and New Covent Garden warehouse, the Sales Manager is responsible for liaising with new clients; discovering their exacting needs and relaying this directly to our production team. Whilst we generate many new enquiries every day that require conversion by telephone and face to face, the sales manager would be expected to generate new business in line with the companies objectives.

This job best suits an individual with experience in sales and accounts management within the catering industry with the potential to develop their own team of representatives for the company. Applicants with existing customer relationships are welcome.

Delivery Drivers

Our customer base is constantly growing and so we are always looking for reliable delivery drivers with a good knowledge of Central London and the South East. All drivers operate from our New Covent Garden Market warehouse and are responsible for the safe dispatch and multiple delivery of fresh produce orders. Drivers are expected to maintain their vehicles at all times and will report to our transport manager. As the front line of our company, drivers should be well presented, polite, as well as having a knowledge of both products and the company.

The role is best suited to experienced delivery drivers with a full clean UK license and must be prepared to work from 3am.
